Backstop Client Support
Our Client Support Team is here to help users get answers to questions and resolve issues related to all Backstop platforms. We can also connect you to other Backstop resources, such as our Professional Services and Custom Development Teams, in cases where there is an issue or request that is specific to your data, system configuration, or usage of the software.
The support team is based in our Chicago offices and is co-located with our Engineering and Infrastructure groups. We are available via the web, email, and telephone.
Support Sponsored Educational Offerings
- We provide live web demos frequently to review new features and enhancements.
- We distribute a newsletter outlining the new features and changes with each software release.
- We maintain User Manuals for reference information about features in the software.
- We produce brief instructional videos that are available in the system on some of our most often-used features.
